1. About this policy

This policy explains how Lorum Group Holdings Inc. ("Lorum", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Lorum.com (the "Website"). It applies to visitors worldwide. Lorum Group Holdings Inc. is responsible for the personal data processing described here.

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy. Separate privacy disclosures apply to financial services, customer platforms and other Lorum websites. Your rights under applicable local law are not limited by this policy.

2. What cookies and similar technologies do

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage and identifiers used by website tags or scripts. We refer to these technologies collectively as "cookies" where relevant.

They may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device details, online identifiers, pages visited and interactions with the Website. This can be personal data even without your name. Cookies may be set by Lorum or third-party providers.

3. Why we use cookies

Strictly necessary

These cookies are essential to transmit communications or provide Website functions you request, including security and recording privacy choices. They do not require consent and are not used for analytics or marketing. Blocking them in your browser may prevent essential functions from working.

Preferences and functionality

These optional cookies remember preferences and support enhanced features. Declining them may prevent preferences from being saved or particular optional features from operating.

Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Amplitude to understand how visitors use the Website and improve its content, functionality and performance.

Amplitude processes information about pages viewed and selected interactions, such as clicks, downloads and completion of an inquiry form, together with browser and device information and pseudonymous identifiers. These identifiers allow us to recognize repeat visits without using your name or email address. We record that an inquiry was submitted, without sending its contents to Amplitude. Amplitude processes this information on our behalf. Pseudonymous information can still be personal data.

Marketing

With your consent, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) helps us measure campaigns, recognize returning visitors and connect Website interactions to contact records, for example after you submit an inquiry. Cookie consent does not itself authorize marketing messages.

Cookie Settings explains the purposes and providers actually used. Optional purposes are presented separately; categories with no active technologies are not displayed.

4. Your choices

Optional cookies are off by default worldwide. We enable them only after you make an affirmative choice through CookieYes, our consent-management platform. CookieYes records your choices and uses necessary cookies to remember them.

Choose "Accept all", "Reject all" or "Cookie Settings" to select individual optional purposes. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the notice does not give consent. You can access core Website functions and contact us without accepting optional cookies.

Changing or withdrawing consent

You can change your choices or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the Website footer. Refusing or withdrawing consent is as easy as accepting it.

When you withdraw consent, we stop the affected tracking and processing based on that consent. We also arrange deletion of the related personal data and notify relevant recipients, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Information independently collected and held for a separate lawful purpose, such as handling your inquiry or meeting a legal obligation, is not automatically deleted when you withdraw cookie consent. Further information about deletion and other rights is in our Privacy Policy.

We remove or disable the affected cookies within our control. Browser settings can also remove cookies already stored, including third-party cookies that we cannot directly delete.

Browser and device settings

Most browsers allow you to review, block or delete cookies. These controls supplement Cookie Settings. Choices generally apply to the browser and device used; deleting cookies or changing browsers may require you to choose again. Applicable opt-out rights and browser signals are addressed in section 8.

5. Cookie and provider details

Cookie Settings contains the current inventory and is accessible before you consent and at any time afterward. It identifies each technology, its provider, purpose, category, relevant domain and duration, with links to relevant provider privacy information.

The provider details explain whether a provider acts on our behalf or uses information for its own disclosed purposes. We do not enable optional tracking unless its provider and purposes have been disclosed and the necessary consent obtained. We remain responsible for the technologies we enable on the Website.

6. How long information is kept

Session cookies generally expire at the end of a browsing session. Persistent cookies and other stored identifiers remain for the periods shown in Cookie Settings unless deleted earlier. These storage periods are separate from the retention of personal data collected through the technologies, which our Privacy Policy explains.

We generally remember cookie choices for six months, unless you change them earlier, your browser removes them or a change requires fresh consent. Records needed to demonstrate or honor privacy choices may be retained longer. Statutory opt-outs are not reset when a cookie expires or consent is refreshed.

7. Personal data and international processing

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on consent for personal data processing associated with optional cookies. For strictly necessary cookies, the applicable basis may be our legitimate interests in providing a secure, functioning Website or compliance with a legal obligation. The legal basis for processing personal data is separate from the rules governing access to your device.

Lorum and its providers may process information outside the country from which you visit, including in the United States. Where required, we use transfer safeguards such as adequacy decisions or approved standard contractual clauses. Our Privacy Policy explains the relevant countries, safeguards, retention and your rights. You can contact privacy@lorum.com for information about, or a copy of, applicable transfer safeguards. Cookie consent does not replace these safeguards.

8. Additional privacy choices and browser signals

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. These rights can apply to tracking-related disclosures even when no payment is made.

Use "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the Website footer to exercise applicable opt-out rights, or contact privacy@lorum.com. Our Privacy Policy explains the relevant practices and rights. An opt-out covers the relevant use and disclosure of personal information, not just cookie storage.

Where required by applicable law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized opt-out preference signals for the activities they cover. We apply them to the relevant browser or device and to associated records where required.

A general "Accept all" choice does not override an applicable opt-out. A GPC signal does not authorize optional cookies. You can check the status of your opt-out through our privacy controls.

9. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. We obtain any fresh consent required before enabling a new purpose or provider not covered by your existing consent. Updating the policy does not itself change your choices.
